Delivery came quite fast but part of meals were pepsi, 7up and a red bull which they push on you through their menu. I received a 7up and a bottle of water with the delivery driver notifying me they didn’t have any Pepsi so if I quote my name in next order I’ll get a free one!?? Why would you not substitute it and water instead of the red bull is fine but at least notify your customer not leaving it to the driver. Overall not a positive experience, doubt will be ordering sgain anytime soon

Freshly prepared, perfectly spiced chicken. Service is a bit slower than your standard chicken shop, and the price is a fair bit higher, but you're getting freshly cooked chicken with your choice of spice (just go one down on what you'd usually have at nandoes).

This restaurant has a good potential but unfortunately failed by greedy and unprofessional management. I would definitely recommend that people keep away from Pepe's as they have zero respect for their customers. I have been a regular customer for a few months, ordering 2-3 times a month through just-eat. Deliveries kept getting late until last time, they delivered my food almost an hour and a half after ordering although on the app they said it will take a maximum of 45 minutes. When the app informed me about the delay I called to cancel my meal, they ignored me and sent the food 45 minutes after my call, I refused to accept and they wouldn't refund me £26. They lost a loyal customer and their reputation for being excessively late, and instead of being professional about it and refund me my money, they just ignored me. I requested refund theough just eat that I've had used for years hundreds of times without complaining, they sided with the restaurant saying that no matter how late the food is, if it's hot then it shouldn't be a problem. Very unprofessional, wouldn't order from them or through just-eat ever again.
