Terrible food. Don't listen, or can't speak English. Repeated order four times and still got it wrong, order elsewhere and don't waste your money.

Wrong Food/Rude behavior I have been ordering from this place for more than a year but what happend today was disappointing and I would never order from here again. I placed my order through uber eats a 7" Hot and spicy chicken pizza..I received a pizza with beef on it, I called them and told about this, the guy who picked the phone he refused to believe its beef and kept saying it was chicken so I sent him a picture of the pizza and he confirmed its beef and he said he would send me a 10" chicken pizza (I did not ask for 10"). So later at 4.40pm I received my so called lunch this chicken pizza and gave them their beef pizza back as they asked. I took a bite of the chicken pizza, god it was awful, there was no pizza sauce like who forgets pizza sauce. I called them again to inform that they didnt add pizza sauce and I dont want any more pizzas. The guy on the phone he said he added the sauce and he knows to make pizzas and Im keep on LIEING..He kept raising his voice and hung up the call. Never ever order from this place I have wasted my money and starved. If the owner of this place reads this know that "We customers buy food with our money we dont have to lie to get your free greasy food" Thanks

Ordered wrap meals and they only gave wraps without chips. Wrap is not even grilled fully only half way-shown in photo. Ordered one hot wrap and they didn't even bother with making it hot or even labelling it hot.

Just don’t try to order timed order. They will deliver it whenever and act like there is no problem with receiving everything over an hour earlier, put on phone someone who does not have a clue what is happening and whisper to them what to say next. Basic experience would be terrible, but I ate my food hour before everyone arrived and it was tasty.

Been ordering from here for about 5 years, been so many staff and management changes I've lost count in that time. After the latest staff changes i wont be back. Rude and obnoxious staff. Apparently I'm 'cheating the system' by ordering a veggie hot pizza and taking some toppings off, because I should order a margarita and pay £1 extra per topping instead. Its common sense that you're making more money if i ask to take ingredients off the pizza because youre using less ingredients...Feel free to respond to this if you need details for customer service training. I've been dealing with the public in different aspects for about 9 years now and would never talk to someone how your staff does.
