Alan Port5 StarOur 3 1/2 year old AEG dishwasher suddenly stopped working and after checking for obvious blockages I tried to phone AEG help. After being held on answerphone twice for 20 minutes each time, being told I was a valued customer, I was cut off. An email failed to get any response either so I searched the web and found Pete Faulkner and his customer reviews. I don’t believe all I read but decided to call Pete to see if he could help. He arrived at our home at the agreed time, listened to our experience when the machine stopped working and then quickly located and sorted the problem, all for a very reasonable call out fee. Brilliant service and I wouldn’t hesitate call on on Pete’s services in the future. Highly recommended.Monday 6th September 2021
