Our staff are carefully selected and put through robust training. We believe staff development is important and invest heavily in updating their skills. Our development includes our Bespoke 5 day induction, Bild accredited and new market leading training from The Tizzard Centre at Canterbury University.
Our three in-house trainers take a blended training approach, offering a range of face-to-face and E-Learning. Face to face courses include PMVA/PBS/Medication/ First aid/Manual handling/Care Certificate/NVQ 2&3 and NVQ 4/5 for those who want to progress. Extra training courses can be sourced if required.
