I loved how the guys in store were so knowledgeable about their products. We have just got a puppy and the staff were on hand to recommend all the additional things we needed. Couple that with showing us the VIP card which we duly signed up for. We saved over £50 with the discounts available. I felt during our visit the staff went above and beyond, even helping us take our purchases to the car. Thanks, Pets at Home, from start to finish !

So helpful and friendly. Staff are quick to help with any advice or support and the environment is clean and tidy. The small animals are kept beautifully with plenty of bedding, entertainment and necessities such as food and drink. They are all handled very well and although our little princess was eager to escape, she and all the other animals look very happy, cared for and comfortable.

The vets are efficient and patient, however the actual customer service employees are extremely rude. I was shouted at over the phone, when asking about the benefits I have with them, from PetPlan (something they introduced to me). Completely inappropriate and insensitive.
