This store is not huge but has every essential for your pet. Groom room (near entrance) and vet surgery (at the back). Small animals to buy at the entrance of the shop. Rabbits very very sweet. Hamsters were sleeping. Friendly staff and lots of space to socially distance. Surprisingly the vets was very quiet.

I love pets at home. If only it wasn't at Longwater. Absolutely terrible place to park. Always chaos. However once indoors we enjoy looking through all of the pet stuff. Our dog is groomed regularly at The Groom Room inside the pet store. The staff at The Groom Room are wonderful and always kind and helpful. There's sometimes some great deals on animal feed with savings to be had!

Wasn't happy with vets at the store. Went there to neuter my dog but wasn't told that blood tests were necessary, had to come 2nd time, tests were done and appointment was made a few weeks later. At the time of test dog had season but vets didn't notice and did not inform me that we should wait at least 2 months after the heat period. Had to come 3rd time, spain was declined because it wasn't long enough after the heat period. Managed to get my dog neutered only on 4th visit.

Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful staff. Both jake and Daniel helped us today with a smile. Knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. A credit to the store. Thank you.
