DO NOT TAKE YOURE PET HERE!!!! Took my dog there last night pleading to get help as she was so out of character and refusing to eat and quite clearly very unwell before we left she vomited and the vet said the antibiotics would work for her It was a infection as that’s what the blood work showed.. why not push for a X-ray why not keep her in and seek further help of you was unsure why let her leave your building for no later than 12 hours on She passed away in my house, if a vet can visibly see how poorly your pet is and still send them home to die without answers they shouldn’t be aloud to operate. I’m heartbroken distraught and angry say the least ! To pay over £420 to be sent home thinking she would be fine for her to suffer and pass 12 hours on from being seen by your staff is truely careless😭

Our usual pet shop. It's good, no complaints apart from app that is supposed to give you discounts but the ones they have are never useful or applicable.

Phoned to find out about nail clipping. No answer, left message. No call back after 3 days. Answer phone message directed me to website. I had to go through the palaver of registering only to be told nail appointments can only be booked by phone. I’ve phoned twice more. Busy line, then just get cut off. Will find somewhere else.
