Totally professional, a lovely personality and someone that you would feel comfortable sitting next to for a 2 hour driving lesson! As a parent of a teenage learner driver, Phil always keeps you up to date with progress via email's so you know what to practise at home. Communication is his strong point and my daughter passed very quickly under his tuition.

Phil is a great driving instructor who explains things in a clear and to the point manner. He is very patient - his relaxed approach helped me feel at ease practically from the first lesson. Phil has been extremely reliable in terms of scheduling and is also a great help outside of lessons answering questions and offering help via email. I would certainly recommend Phil to anyone who is looking for an Instructor!

Phil was recommended by several of my friends and they were spot on - he is a very patient and successful driving instructor. Starting from scratch, he taught me how to drive and gave me confidence on the road. The final accolade is that he was genuinely pleased when I passed my test. I would recommend Phil to absolutely anyone and hope he is around for many years to come to turn people like myself into careful, competent drivers.

I needed some refresher lessons after 9 years of no driving since passing...Phil helped me to re-gain confidence quickly and feel relaxed. I was able to build on my skills with coaching and handouts and end up confident even on the motorway! A calm and effective instructor with a lovely personality, highly recommended.

From the first lesson Phil made me feel comfortable with driving because he was so friendly and patient. He explained everything so that it was easy to understand and always stayed calm, even if I made mistakes. He has taught me how to drive safely, and also how to enjoy driving. I can't fault him, would recommend him to anyone.
