Fitted my new build with a poor quality faulty door. Trying to get then to come a survey it was like pulling teeth. Had to book a time that was convient to them rather than us. When we did finally get a time they no showed, claiming both that no one was in (I had taken the morning off work especially) and that they had been given the wrong address, both lies. Service department are rude and unhelpful on the phone. Would give zero stars if an option

Do not have any anything to do with this company. Door made the wrong size and they would not replace it or cut it down. Payed up front, been in business for over 30 years and have never been treated like this before. I manufacture upvc windows and doors so it was easy for me to cut the bottom off the threshold.

Do not waste your money or time with this company. Shoddy doors and workmanship. First door fitted for less than 4 years, leaked everywhere as well as missing parts of the door. They replaced the door and we had more issues with the new door - leaking from the post box and windows. As well as being incorrectly fitted (not sitting flush) causing it to not shut or open properly and severely leaking from here too. Our complaint is still ongoing.

What an inept bunch of timewasters.. As an installer this firm has just cost me a job by refusing to answer all communications regarding the colours of their doors and trying to get samples. Their disclaimer " brochure colours are for reference only, seek further information," is literally just to cover their backs in case the colour is not quite as expected. They have NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in providing "further information" In response to the photos of the leaking door in the review below, the reason the glazing sealant has gone like that is because it is not UV stable. Whether that be Phoenix themselves or the company that fitted the door, the glass needs removing, the remains of the sealant scraping out and the correct, exterior grade silicone applied. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
