very unprofessional staff named Junaid, speaks very fast, don't let you explain or talk, it seems he wants things done on his way! A decent professional would disagree but never hug up the phone on someone else. He wanted to force moving and handling and handling course, I know the course includes, But what I was trying to explain that, I don't work doing moving and handling ( maybe I have a reason ?) . He seemed obsessed with that and wouldn't listen. I would suggest, look for another job, that area require loving, caring people!

Do not supply carers PPE, constantly running out of gloves and having to do personal care without any! Do not supply paper towels carers have nothing to dry hands on! Cancelling shifts without any reason. Difficult to communicate with office as "always in a meeting" Deduct £1.75 off every member of staff to pay them (admin charge) have never given consent to take anything from my wages, yet when asked what this is for, am told it's to cover the cost of the companies e-mails and telephone calls, have never had money taken from pay by any other company.
