Took my phone into the shop this morning after a previously cracked screen decided to completely give up! The screen was switching on and off and was blurry and unusable. I was completely panicked as I had photographs etc on the phone that I just wanted to retrieve (and then I wasn't actually too bothered about the phone as I was due an upgrade anyway). I had my laptop with me in case they could somehow manage to transfer my files over. The staff member looked at me and said I WILL HAVE IT FIXED IN 45 MINUTES....no issues, no panic, no fuss! Not only did they replace the screen, they fully charged up my phone and offered to transfer all of my data onto my laptop whilst i waited in the store. I bought a new phone case from them also to prevent my screen from cracking again. The price seemed reasonable for the repair and I was so grateful I returned with a box of chocolates for them! I couldn't speak more highly of the two members of staff that helped me when I was stood in their shop crying!
