Most of the staff are really helpful and friendly. Most of the time there is only 2 counters open or they are changing shifts so there can be a queue.

Staff very rude, unfriendly. In the middle of serving me started talking with other staff member ignoring me. When I asked the staff a question she looked bored and asked the other staff member to answer the question, as she could not be bothered to be more elaborative in her answer to me. Overall staff need, costume service training asap.
