Had previously booked in for 9:30am and when I went to the centre at 9:30am, I was greeted by a very rude/moody man who was very abrupt with me. He told me that they wouldn't be able to do my service for an hour to an hour and half which I thought was mad since i had previously booked in for 9:30am. When talking to the man, he was very rude and abrupt and it made me feel really comfortable as a young woman as felt very belittled and under-valued. When I came back an hour and a half later, my car still hadn't been done. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service given and will DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!!Saturday 2nd October 2021
