To let food leave the establishment how it did tonight someone should be sacked. Bread: Over cooked under cooked dry and soggy at the same time. Sauce: BBQ, lacking (thank god) had awful metallic tinge. Pepperoni: undercooked, and was hidden under toppings. Peppers: uncooked, flavourless, basically water. Onions: non existent. Cheese: uncooked. Pizza wasn’t cut at all. My animals had sniffs after I was done and even they turned their noses up. Shameful and embarrassing if you work here absolute disgraces. Avoid like covid-19

Management have a poor attitude! We used to use Pizza Hut a fair amount but won’t use this one again! After receiving a poor order swimming in grease we phone and explained we were unhappy with what we received. We were offered the food to be re sent, or to have the order put into a book for us to order in the future free of charge. Phoned today to get our free order. The manager advised he was working that day but didn’t remember. He then went to check said ‘book’ to advise there was no note of our free order then went on to say “we don’t give away free food. If you’re unhappy with the food we would have collected the order or re sent it” After a lot of back and fourth I was eventually offed part of the order but by this point I was sick of his attitude! Manager was rude and unhelpful. The bad food was not the problem as it happens sometimes. Management is the problem
