Waitedover an hour and 20 mins for an online order, which I have a feeling they failed to send, I won't have minded but for the poor service. Unable to utter the words sorry leaves a distasteful feeling of they don't care about customers. They also got throrder wrong and missed an item, which they delivered another 20 minutes later. Food was average or a little below average customer service is non existent. Shame as the business has been established for years and I'd known them to have had better food in the past.

Ordered food via Just Eat and took 1 hour 35 mins to come. I rang the takeaway 40 mins after the order was placed and they said the driver has already set off. The driver was gone for almost an hour and the food was obviously going to be cold etc. I rejected it and told them to take it back and give me a refund and the driver said it’s “normal” for food deliveries to take over an hour and a half to come, which of course isn’t true. When I told them their service was poor and was going to leave a review, one of the workers mentioned to me the owner said he won’t give me a refund (because i’m leaving a bad review). Overall, awful service and dishonest people. Wouldn’t recommend.

open till very late. they give big discounts if you ring them before midnight. much cheaper than justeats, uber etc. ring them for their new menu and get the best prices. fast delivery before midnight.

walked in yesterday and greeted by friendly staff. Quick preperation, wasnt tere long. Food was amazing. I dont think there is anyone for miles who can do food that good at that price. Keep it up. This is exactly what we need in times of high prices. You get so much for your money. Will be going again when i'm in town..
