Highly recommended. Kept both appointments on time. Understood the need to replace boiler promptly and altered other jobs to accommodate mine. Very good price compared to competitors. Gave impartial advice on which boiler to fit. On day of fitting job carried out with little disruption and I was impressed with the cleanliness throughout. Able to answer all my questions and explain everything in layman’s terms. Very polite and friendly. House left clean and old boiler and rubbish removed promptly.

Paid Scott hundreds of pounds to "repair" radiators that were giving uneven heating. Ended up with radiators still not working, immersion heater tank thermostat not now working and hot water from taps dangerously hot. The system is now worse than before. Called him out again, and asked for quote for shower repair. Radiators still not working, hot water from taps now unsafe and NO REPLY with a quote nor anything repaired. Very disappointing since promises not kept and hundreds of pounds out of pocket!
