After ordering wrong shower tray, they wouldn't accept a return because the product was wrapped in pallet wrap not original polythene, they then ordered and delivered the wrong product after speaking directly to my plumber [twice], and would not allow me to return product, as they wanted 25pct return fee despite product not ever opened. The staff were unhelpful,antagonistic, patronising and clearly determined that they would accept no blame without me paying for it. The experience cost me over £1500. Neither I nor my plumber or their buyer could believe their attitude after I have spent circa £5000 in the last few months with them. None of my contractors will use them again! The might be cheap, but they showed why!

I ordered a Honeywell Evohome radiator controller to replace one that had failed. Their price was very competitive and delivery was included. Ordering and payment was very easy. I chose the basic standard delivery and I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived the next day. That was unexpected and very welcome! My heating is fully working again. Superb service! I will know where to look next time I have a requirement for plumbing parts.
