Shreen Young2 StarI used to shop here all the time as loved the items you have untill they banned me on their Facebook page for apparently not collecting an item it seems! This happened back in December 2019.
Heads up guys, I have the item I reserved sat in my back room, your staff obviously mistakenly gave me the same order but someone else's. I tried to reach out to you but you chose to ignore my messages, very professional by the way.
