This place has officially gone downhill since new management despite giving it the benefit of the doubt on three separate occasions. I have seen no improvements whatsoever. It is disheartening to observe that the staff lacks any passion or dedication to their jobs. This lack of commitment reflects in the abysmal quality of their pizza, which, to be completely honest, is truly terrible. My mother placed a order in person which was particularly distressing. When my mother requested to check her pizza while at the shop, a staff member denied her request without providing any valid reason. It is worth noting that every time we have ordered pizza from this establishment, it has consistently been burnt and tasteless. This recurring issue raises questions about the competence and attention to detail of their kitchen staff. However, the most alarming incident occurred with the fries box. After my mother ate a few fries, she noticed some melted dents in the foam box (picture attached). This is entirely unacceptable, as it indicates a serious lack of safety standards in their food preparation processes. When I brought this matter to the attention of a staff member, his response was utterly unsatisfactory. He simply stated that the dents were caused by hot oil, which raises doubts about the overall safety of their cooking methods. Moreover, while inhaling fumes from foam is known to be harmful to health, the fact that it could also affect the taste of the food is truly worrisome. The staff members are always on their mobile phones and hygiene is questionable.

I hadn't ordered from this place for a few years but I remember the chips always being really good so I placed an order on a whim. I don't know if they're under new management, but the staff is so unprofessional and rude now; the guy on the phone sounded like he wasn't concentrating at all and kept asking me to repeat things (for an order of a single portion of chips), then when I got there I was completely ignored for ages, even though there were no other customers and I could see my order bagged up and ready to go. When I did finally manage to flag someone down, she begrudgingly gave me my fries - and I soon wished she hadn't. I don't know how they managed to mess up frying some ready made frozen chips, but these were literally tough and soggy at the same time. It's like they had been prepared hours earlier, then drowned in watered-down sauce and microwaved; went straight in the bin. I'm honestly annoyed I spent £2.50 on this rubbish - AVOID.

I travel from Teddington to get Pizza Puzza from this place so it's not my local... for the last 10 years, pizzas from here are exceptional. very often, they taste as good if.noy slightly better than pizza hut... there is something about the flavour which sets these Pizza apart and it's in the cheese. high quality ingredients, freidnly but professional staff... clean looking premises and good pricing. not keen on the wings but cheesy garlic bread is good/ok. always cooked properly unlike pizza hut which is often an under done dripping mess. Try it.

Realised a few weeks later this place DOES NOT serve halal meat. Passable food. I ate the quarter pounder and chicken burger. Both were fresh and decent in size, slightly on the heavy side which is good. The chicken burger didn't have enough of a distinct taste just a standard fried chicken taste. The quarter pounder was nice. Not amazing but decent.

I ordered two pizzas and a cheeseburger. It was easy to order and delivered HOT And FRESH, and FAST DELIVERY. I love the food. Thank you, Pop in Pizza.
