The Norwich store continues to be a brilliant experience in purchasing quality products for incredible sale prices and meeting great staff. From the Manager Neil, Kerry who designed our new bathroom and helped us make our choices, Andy who has also helped us when Kerry and Neil have been on their well deserved days off and the latest to join the team, Natalie, every person has been helpful, informative, courteous, kind and generous. Pity we only have one bathroom to refit!

I found the service and assistance ( particularly that received from Kerry) within the Norwich store to be spot on. I was particularly pleased by the flexibility shown with delivery when our original delivery date was frustrated by the Covid lockdown. Understanding and support was never lacking. All round we were pleased with the products, service and customer support and we would highly recommend Porcelanosa.

After visiting various tile & bathroom outlets it was a very welcome relief to at last find what we were looking for @ Porcelanosa Norwich. Once inside their impressive showroom we received great help & advise from Andrew & Tom in a relaxed & friendly manner. They both ensured we received a personal & efficient service for which we are very grateful. Neil & Kerrie have also been most helpful when Andrew & Tom were unavailable. The range & superb quality of the tiles especially the large format is exceptional . They are ahead of the field in design & innovation & we are thrilled with how the tiles & the other bathroom fixtures purchased have enhanced the look of our new house. We would recommended Porcelanosa & the Norwich showroom to friends & colleagues. This is our first ever review, but we have been so impressed with every aspect of our dealings with Tom & his team that we felt they were more than deserving of 5 stars

David, Norwich Despite low initial expectations that we would find something for our budget, our visit to the Showroom unearthed an ideal shower tray, which Neil Gardner was aware had just become available. Although samples had not yet arrived, he took every effort to obtain details. We ended up placing the order and returning to look for tiles. Neil was great, and treated our very small requirements as if they really mattered. He helped us source the last remaining 4 particular (large format) tiles in the UK, that we were interested in! A good experience (and the Showroom was worth the visit, too!).

We have recently added an extension to our house which includes quite a lot of tiled areas. Porcelanosa have a fantastic show room in Norwich which we visited prior to lockdown. We were made to feel very welcome by Neil Gardner who gave us great advice and showed us various options for wood effect tiled flooring and textured tiles for our shower room. As a result we placed a large order with Porcelanosa for all the tiled areas. We have received a very professional service from the company, especially from Neil who has kept us fully informed with our delivery and has been knowledgeable, efficient and very personable to deal with. A couple of packs of tiles were damaged in transit and these were immediately replaced. We love all the tiles we have had from the company and would not hesitate to recommend them. The product is very good quality the range is up to date and extensive and the service superb.
