Luke Millican5 StarCheers to our hard-working post office team. 🙂📮 I'm really grateful to have a post office in town, sometimes there's a bit of a wait but I get what I need. Opening hours are good for a post office. Staff are helpful and want to teach you how to use the self service machines which I avoided at first but now use regularly. Speedy once you know how. Marie James5 StarI used this post office today to renew my passport. The lady who put my application through was really helpful, kind and had a great sense of humour. She was also very efficient, it literally took 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend paying the extra to use the post office passport service. Also I’m not sure what the poor reviews are about, I remember the old post office, I’d say it is as good. Although I do think they need more staff to ease the flow.Tuesday 16th August 2022
Chloe Webster1 StarSo I went in there on my lunch to put money into my bank account and when I was waiting patiently the lady behind the counter saw me and then decided to talk to her friend / work colleague? I was wishing she looked at me and then walked away to speak to her work colleague and then she came out and said you okay there I said I need to pay money she said there you go go there attitude was not okay? The lady that served me was really lovely but the other lady wasn’t?Friday 30th September 2022
Lauren Hanley1 StarI haven’t been in here for a couple of years and was shocked at how bad the service is. There were only two staff which meant the queue was horrendous. No chairs for people who have difficulty standing. The lady who was serving was so miserable but she was probably fed up. Was so much better years ago before the systems got so complicated.
