I was overcharged and threatned not to take my car back if i dont pay for 3 hours work time £65/hour for NOTHING. According to them, it took them 3 whole hours to uninstall the stereo in order to take another 3 to 5 hours to fix it and that is to take the stuck in, CD, out. Because they never called me to let me know of what it needs to be done, after 3 hours of waiting i walked to the garage to be told the above, plus that it will need '' Many many many hours'' to be fixed, as they said. I disagreed and i told them to stop the job there. Put the stereo back and finish it. ButThey wanted me to pay them £195 FOR NOTHING, that is £65x3.195. After an argument i paid them £78 so i can take my car and go. Not only they did'nt fix it and claimed that it took 3, yes, Thats THREE hours to take the stereo out, but when they reinstalled it, IN 12 !"minutes, yes 12 minutes, they delibertley left it disconnected. I took the car to an electrician 3.9miles away in Borehamwood. he did the job in 35 minutes, took it out, split it in half, took the CD out, reinstalled the stereo back in and charged me £65 for it. Never again, i am never going to even pass outside their garage. Be careful cause they overcharge and if you have a small problem they make it big just to get your money, even by keeping your car there hours and hours just to charge you £65 per hour. I am sorry i paid them £78 this morning for NOTHING
