My daughter bought a car here last week and dealt with Terry and he was great. She’s not the sharpest tool in the box and is easily led, but he got her a good deal with the finance, treated her really well and didn’t put any pressure on her at all. I was working away, so I couldn’t go with her, but he was happy to talk things through with me on the phone as well (she was fine with this) to make sure all was good. She’s really happy with the car and how easy Terry made her first trip to a garage from start to finish. Absolutely top class service. 10/10

Bought my fiat 500 here from Terry. He was able to give us all the information we needed, couldn’t fault service. Even did the MOT for it before they sold it to me and they put two new tyres on the car. For my first proper car purchase was really happy, thanks Terry and team!

Cannot fault this garage for repairs. Marco is helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Work always carried out to timescales given, professional and efficient. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else-excellent customer service.

My sister brought a car that broke-down. As the heading state my sister purchased a car from Pound Avenue and broke down several times within a short interval of owning the vehicle. They recovered to car and sent it for repair, she received it back and yet again broke down. Dealing with garages before I expected there to be some reluctance/resistance when advising that the car wasn't suitable for use. This however wasn't the case. Marco agreed that the car wasn't fit for purpose. He offered my sister a replacement car to drive whilst looking for a suitable replacement. To no avail. She gave the courtesy car back and was provided her refund in full. This couldn't have been dealt with better in my opinion and even after the hiccups I wouldn't hesitate to look for another vehicle from this establishment. Thank you for the upright professionalism from Marco & his team.
