Excellent. Super cheap over night parking right next door to the hotel, friendly and efficient staff and an immaculate clean room. Very impressed. The breakfast was also suburb. This was the best premier inn I’ve stayed at. Well done! Other budget hotels could learn allot from your team and cleanliness.

Great location for Banbury with rooms just like you'd expect from any Premier Inn. The aircon was either not working or faulty as room was roasting. Also made a really irritating buzzing sound from 4.30am onwards which kept me awake. Staff on reception very friendly, can't remember her name but the poor girl was running around trying to cover reception and the bar on her own and did an amazing job. Breakfast was very good. I've eaten in lots of different premier inns, but this breakfast was one of the best. Thumbs up to the chef and breakfast staff. Fresh, hot and clean.

Stayed here as working nearby, not much of a reviewer but it needs to be said, the food in this place is fantastic and the staff, especially restaurant and bar are just so friendly and helpful. I've stayed in a good few premiers but it's easy to forget thats what this place is. Rooms are clean and standard premier style with the seriously comfy bed

Just had an excellent one night stop over. Hotel was relaxed, comfortable and we slept well. We took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Generally usual premier inn standard which is usually good. This time however shower curtain far too short, no control over shower head once running, floor flooded. Slip risk and had to use towels to mop up. Very poor, reported but needs addressing
