Prestige Fleet Servicing, part of the AA since 2019, provides service, maintenance and repair (SMR) work, as well as MOTs, for fleet vehicles across the UK.

Established in 2005 for private drivers, since 2007 we’ve been providing SMR services to leasing companies and large corporate fleets though an independent network of approved garages and now serve over 60% of the sector.

We're a highly experienced and motivated team, focused on delivering outstanding customer service, powered by our bespoke system Unity, to companies of all sizes across B2B (Fleet, leasing, SME), B2C (Retail, affiliate schemes, grey fleet) and used vehicle warranty sector.

Our network

The Prestige Fleet Services network includes over 570 approved garages across the UK, with membership increasing by 40% in the past 18 months. Our plan is to grow the network to over 1,000 approved garages.

While our approved garages vary in size, they all meet a set of standards which begin with a full AA inspection when they join the network and regular check-ups.

Through the network, we’re able to offer collection and return services to 93% of the UK, parts with the same high standard as original manufacturer equipment (OE) and a full warranty process.

We work in partnership with motor industry standards organisations, such as the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) and The Motoring Ombudsman, to make sure our garages maintain a high standard with any issues reported and rectified quickly.  All garages in our network support Epyx 1link, where required, and all administration is managed via Unity, our in-house developed system.

RUBBISH STAY AWAY NOT HELPFUL AT ALL TAKEN 4 WEEKS IS REPLACE A COIL SPRING AND STILL ISNT SPRTED I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING !!!!!

Total waste of time.! Took over 5 weeks to sort out head gasket repair on a Fiat 500. It would take me a week to explain all their excuses. Steer well clear.

1st time my car was serviced by this company it was done appallingly bad and tools were left in the engine bay. This time the garage was a lot more professional and a coursty car was supplied which was safe and modern. A very simple task of only an oil change was carried out, which is not to the manufacturers service schedule requirements, something to bear in mind if purchasing a LeasePlan vehicle is that they are no longer serviced by the manufacturer and not to the manufacturers requirements. Car was washed but not vacuumed. The garages are also sparse and far away.

Prestige booked my car in for an MOT via the AA Smartcare system. On the day the tester emissions tested my car with the engine cold and failed the test due to white smoke. The smoke was in fact condensation due to the exhaust being cold. Prestige called me and stated the car needed a DPF regeneration, I challenged this as my car does not have a DPF and they called back to say it needed a Catalytic Convertor regeneration. Another lie, it is not possible to regenerate a catalytic convertor. They retested the car and it passed, the truth being all they had done was run the car on the road to warm it up. If they had said from the beginning that the car needed a road run to warm it up I would not have had an issue but to try and charge me for services that my vehicle did not require is unacceptable. Do not trust this group to service your car.
