Theresa Johnston5 StarWe are so pleased with the excellent service we have received from Prime Property Protection based in Meopham. We had CCTV put in 3 years ago by them but needed to reset our passwords ( which we had forgotten)on our new phones. Within 10 minutes of emailing asking Dave if he could help us he replied and less than 24 hours later Alex arrived and reset all our passwords on all our phones plus TV and laptop. In addition Alex took the time to explain the running of our system again. Such service in this day and age is exceptional. David Clayton5 StarHaving recently moved we decided to change and upgrade the existing security system installed in our house. We contacted Prime Property Protection and after our initial consultation we decided to take the advise given by Dave and have full perimeter protection installed to all windows and doors, as Dave suggested we can now set the alarm at night and not worry about our dogs setting the alarm off. We were very impressed with Prime not only with the installation which was very tidy with no damage but also the aftercare service and explanation on using the system, we would definitely recommend to others. We are now considering cctv and Prime will be our preferred contractor.
