Can't fault Priory Commercials, genuinely brilliant service. The knowledge and organisation is fantastic. It's dealership standard at a much fairer price. The workshop and equipment is faultless, and I find with Priory Commercials that they don't just stab In the dark when it comes to fault finding unlike others in the area. They have a wealth of knowledge and the equipment to pin point a fault in a timely manner. Obviously this is very important when dealing with commercial vehicles, it avoids wasted costs and unwanted downtime. Another thing I like about Priory is the large stock they keep, it's not often a vehicle is sat waiting for parts as it's normally on the shelf. And if it isn't in stock, Sarah can normally source the part within a matter of hours. Again preventing costly downtime to the operator. Pricing is another very attractive thing at priory. It's fair, more than fair in fact. And it's always discussed with me prior to any repairs taking place. No one likes a shock invoice that makes your heart sink when you open it. This doesn't happen here. So a ten from me all in, and can't fault the good atmosphere and the cup of tea that's always offered on arrival. Thanks Simon and Sarah.
