Jer and the team Liam and all are fab. Quite a lovely team and good value on BMW services and fair pricing so far. Really there are only two places in Gloucester for BMW. BMW Specialists and Prichards... both excellent... one by the book reassuringly expensive on some jobs and Prichard's also very friendly and better value for money but really know what they are doing. They make nice tea and have always found them more than pleasant and genuine. I like them as people actually and 100% success rate on my car on all jobs given at good value. They have some future business coming from me.... Felt very looked after after lock down.
