Rich Anson5 StarI had my exhaust split and drop while driving; I could not get a replacement anywhere other than the primary dealer, who quoted six to twelve weeks for delivery of a new exhaust, offered no alternative options to repair my exhaust; the car is only five years old. I contacted Joe to see if he could assist regarding the exhaust and carry out a full service; I dropped my car to the garage. The service was carried out, more importantly, the exhaust was repaired all on the same day, my experience in dealing with garages and the quality of work carried out in the past cannot be compared to the excellent service delivery by Joe, I will now contact joe for any issues, servicing, repairs going forward. Work carried out was well above the standards I have experienced from leading dealers and other well-known garages. Good service, efficient, quality work. Also saved me a considerable expenditure if I had gone with the primary dealer's option.Thursday 3rd February 2022
