After a couple of visits from other heating engineers I chose Pro Aqua and more importantly Ed to fit my new boiler. He is very friendly and with many years knowlege in the heating business fills you with confidence that he will do a good job. We agreed a price (which was slightly cheaper than my other quotes) He started by doing a full power wash on the system and actually cut off some pipe work to clean it properly. He was still concerned with sludge build up on some of the airing cupboard pipework and agreed to replace most of it at no extra cost. We had three new radiators fitted on the same day as the boiler. He found that their was still a problem with the system and organised an electrician to carry out a full check of the wiring, and tidy it all up. again he covered the cost of that. The electrician identied that we needed a new wall thermostat. Again this was replaced with no extra cost. The new boiler was commissioned today and Ed sorted all the warranty paperwork. All the old gear was taken away and all rubbish was broken down and put by my bin. I have no fear about recommending Pro Aqua and its owner Ed to anyone needing or thinking about plumbing and heating works. Even better is he is not Vat registered so you will save a bit of money.

We were really impressed with the service we received a couple of weeks ago when our tap had broken. I believe the man that came round was called Ed- he was very friendly. The tap had really been causing us problems, so for him to be able to come round and fix/install the new tap so quickly was amazing. Thank you so much!

Combi boiler fitted and all new pipe work through the house. Extremely clean working throughout the job and committed the hours to make sure everything was in good shape for my family/small children on an evening. Explained everything and was polite thoughout the job. Price was fantastic too! Would definitely recommend.

Ed from Pro-aqua Services did an excellent job at quickly identifying our leak, fixing it and then providing measures to prevent any further issues. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and will continue to use Pro-aqua in the future.
