Probox initially had great customer service. I dealt with someone called Josh Wells who was quick to answer queries when I initially placed my order of 12 drawers for a kitchen build. And I genuinely mean this; Josh seemed like a very reasonable guy and was pleasant to deal with throughout the initial ordering process. The craftsmanship fell below what I expected. Ultimately the boxes supplied were NOT SQUARE. They were also a fair bit off the expected tolerance on the box heights. Probox replaced three of the drawers which were way off, but they just aren't square and ultimately that is what matters. Please see attached photos. The client has become more and more disgruntled since I built their kitchen about the appearance of the drawers. Ultimately I will be left out of pocket rectifying this problem. Using Probox drawers may be okay if you intend to use drawer fronts and are not going to be making flush fitting drawers. But forget about using probox if you want the joinery to be straight and square. Or if you intend to use the product as flush fitting/inset drawers (trust me they won't fit as they are a way off square). Or if you are going to leave the Probox product exposed in any way (the box fronts are obviously off to the naked eye). I attach a couple of photos (happy to upload more). Probox wrote to me to explain that they did not yet 'have a process' with respect to producing their boxes. I was shocked to receive this email after spending a fair sum of money on the 12 drawers. Perhaps they should have told me this before I placed the order. Hopefully they will improve their manufacturing process. Thanks A disappointed, and now out of pocket, customer

Ordered 2 oak bespoke spice racks and an oak drawer insert. Dealt with a guy called Samuel and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very patient with me as I had loads of questions and I’m over the moon with what I’ve received. Quality and finish were fantastic. Delivery arrived on the day I was quoted too. Very very pleased - thank you

We recently ordered 4 larger drawer boxes to replace some old drawer stacks. The owner was extremely helpful with the sizing and ordering the matching drawer runners to replace our old ones. The product was as good as the last set we ordered for our pantry and fitted perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and I think they offer a terrific product which is good value for money.

Extremely pleased with the drawer fronts. Excellent wood quality, perfectly finished including hand cut outs, and promptly supplied well packed to prevent damage. Fully recommend both to trade or to those wishing to do high quality DIY.

We have just recieved our latest order of 22 walnut dovetail drawer boxes for a high end bespoke joinery project in London from Probox, as always the quality is spot on and this time they all arrived a day earlier than promised so overall really pleased and a very happy end client. We have been buying Probox drawers for a couple of years now and cannot fault both quality and the delivery time, I wont be looking to buy from anywhere else. Josh sorted the recent order out and i cannot fault the service that he and Probox provide would highly reccomend anyone looking for dovetail drawer boxes to give them a go.
