I met Niall 6 months ago when he sold my first property in Bathgate very quickly and for more than I expected. He was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process so easy and stress free. A few months later I had a second property to sell in Glasgow which was on with a different estate agent. It was on the market for 4 weeks but no offers made. It was a stressful time as houses were selling so quickly but mine wasn’t. I contacted Niall for help. Within a few days my property had fresh photos taken and was back on the market. The first day of it being back on the market I had various viewings booked in. The first person to view put an offer in and it was sold! Niall was fantastic and very professional, but also very knowledgeable as he identified why my property hadn’t sold with the previous estate agent and turned it around so quickly and got my property sold within a day. The key thing for me was communication as I knew every step of the way what was going on and his ability to put my at ease and reassure me that my property would sell and nothing was a problem for him. What you needed you got and more! Thanks again Niall, I will definitely use you again in the future if selling 😊

They are so perfect, always do their best to listen to tenants opinion, question and requirements... They also give quick and exact 💯 answers wherever I find them. We have lived at Thames House in New Malden for nearly 3 years. Lee always took any type of action very promptly. Paul was very friendly. Lee and Property Connexions genuinely care about both the tenants and the landlord, different to any other agents in general. We feel very lucky we had very kind agent/team and landlord.
