I moved into the property on May 2023 and was very impressed with my room. It was exactly the way it was advertised with all amenities provided as promised. My room initially had few issues with shower cap, the door lock and the electrical socket. All these issues were resolved within two days and the response which I got from Terence was just fantastic. We were previously with Leaders and they were awful. Rude staff and completely unwilling to help. But Terence has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of meticulously.
