Chirag Sheth1 StarHe displayed immense irritation on the phone when I was enquiring about whether he was certain, that my washing machine could not be fixed at a reasonable cost and would need to be replaced.
I feel as a customer I have a right to enquire and it is possible he may have had to repeat the explanation twice or thrice, especially when you talk about replacement and not repair.

I phoned on Wednesday when the old one broke down, they came round to look at it first thing on Thursday morning. By 9.30 on Friday morning, old washing machine removed and new one installed!
