Yesterday I had Steve round to complete my buyer’s structural survey for purchase. It was such a great experience compared to some of my previous experiences! He was so lovely and personable from the moment I opened the door and throughout the day. Extremely thorough and explained the process to me without making me feel like I was asking silly questions, answered all my queries and had a lovely chat. Really recommend this company to any buyers, even though I’m not the companies’ client, they have all been extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended by me!

Always great communication with Hugh and Adam and easy to get hold of at any time on the phone. They talked me through exactly what they would survey and I felt the service offered was of very high quality and also personal, as opposed to receiving a general online quote and faceless email exchanges. Sadly my house sale fell through so I didn't get to use them in the end, but I was given good advice and refunded immediately. I will definitely be using them again once I secure a new purchase.

PT Surveyors were recommended by our mortgage advisor. Hugh was extremely friendly and helpful. The inspection of our property was carried out in great detail and everything was explained to us clearly. We received our completed Home Buyers Report within two weeks of first speaking with Hugh. We would 100% recommend them.
