The website says free parking and access with Blackburn mall. I parked my car in the mall and there was no access through the doors in the mall at that time. 6am on a sunday even though it said 24hours. Was very frustrating as I also had to pay to get out again.

Most the paper towel terminals empty. Most the soap bottles empty. Weights all over the floor. Pairs of weights hard to find. Seats on machines wobbly.

Only been during the unstaffed hours, but generally it’s very well maintained and pleasant to workout in. Equipment is ready to use and more often than not, stations are prepared with all the relevant attachments.

People queing at the doors to come in out long wait not good. Struggling as people at both ends

The overall experience is very good. To be able to visit 24/7 is a massive plus. Staff are very friendly. Equipment in very good condition.
