I needed a new computer system as I run online exercise sessions for the over 40's. Caroline also serviced an elderly relatives computer for me too. Working with Caroline was great, within 24 hours I had options on how to resolve the situation and before I knew it everything was there for me to pick up and all done well below my budget. The serviced computer runs like new too..... Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Caroline identified the issue with my laptop quickly and efficiently. She offered me a variety of solutions that would best suit my budget; and carried out the repair quickly and to a high standard. My laptop feels brand new. Caroline is friendly to deal with, and I would certainly use her again for any IT solutions in the future.
