Wendy McD5 StarFirst thing on Monday I had an urgent call from my Mother's carer to say that the toilet cistern was spraying water. I tried another plumber in Swanage who sadly didn't answer landline or mobile. Thankfully Phil did, and was fixing the fault within an hour.
