We fix boards from home appliances, vehicles and all manner
of other applications from domestic or commercial use.
All our repairs are at a single fixed price of £42.99
This includes replacement parts, and free shipping..
Exceptions - Charged at cost if any of the following apply:
Shipping to outside the British mainland.
Parcels over 2kg
Expensive components (typically keypads or non-standard or 110v
transformers)
How does the service work?
Simply pay for your repair here, send us your faulty board in a
cardboard box, and we'll repair it and return it to you.
Packing guidance for sending to us.
We don't sell new or ready-repaired boards.
How do I pay?
Simply pay by Card or PayPal at our checkout - you don't need to have a PayPal account.
How long does it take?
Once we receive your board, we will normally repair and dispatch
to you by the next day.
As standard, and for free, we dispatch via Hermes Tracked, which has
a 2-3 day delivery time.
We offer other options at the checkout if you prefer.
What if it can't be repaired?
If your board is un-repairable, we'll either return it to you and
refund you, minus £5, or you can opt to have it scrapped and we'll
refund you in full.
We ask you in advance, at checkout, which you would prefer if that's
the situation.
What if we cant find a fault?
If, using our experience and test results, we are confident that your board is not faulty, we'll refund
you 25% for the sake of goodwill.
Otherwise, if we can't tell if your board is faulty or not, we'll
treat it as un-repairable, as if it was unrepairable above.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, all repairs are guaranteed for 12 months.
If your board fails within this period, you can return it to us for
us to repair again, free of charge.
