Got to be brutally honest, absulutely shocking organisation. Telling Blatent lies on the phone Ended up wasting £100s this week in labourer's stood about with hands in pockets because of either late deliveries or half orders turning up. After speaking to manager managed to get the last load delivered and even that was missing 50 brick!!!!!!! Wouldnt use again and would steer clear if a job has any sort of deadline. Useless beyond belief.

Shocking service was told two day delivery so we thought yes not bad considering covid 19. Saturday no deliver 2days as promised. Closed then untill Monday. Rang first thing Monday morning to ask where our delivery was. Was told that the delivery would be with us by the afternoon 3pm we ring delivery is running late. 4.50pm Monday evening was called to say they didn't have the peagravel we ordered the previous Thursday. So now I'm 4 days behind on a job no pea gravel instead of lying to customers that it was out for deliver. Just tell the truth. I wouldn't be leaving this review and be having clients going mad over a job half done. Management spoke to my husband today Tuesday delivery will be by 12pm were are on 12.47pm no call no nothing. Absolutely no customer service skills. And waste of flipping time. Avoid at all costs unless you want to end up with no materials and zero customer service not even management can stick to their word
