Probably the best house special kebab I have ever had in my 47 years in Loughborough. Amazing flavours and freshly cooked. I chose not to add any sauces, and I am happy that I did, there is more than enough beautiful tastes and flavours without the need to add condiments of any kind. Ok the big house special is a little bit pricey, compared to a quick kebab after a night out but in my own opinion, it is well worth that little bit extra if you are in need of something that little more special. I will definitely be partaking of this delight on a very regular basis.

Do not order if you are hungry or cannot collect yourself. Food is pretty decent but the service is probably the worst in Loughborough. Every time I've ordered for delivery, they start to prepare the food 30-40 mins after the call, not sure if short staffed or mismanaged.

I am still waiting for my order which I ordered at 11-40pm (30 Jan) and it's now 1-11am (31 Jan). I wonder when it will be here, it was supposed to be delivered by 12-10am. Poor service, they do not even receive calls and keep you hanging. I would definitely not recommend it ever. Had my order placed through Deliveroo and their associate tried to call them too but no answer. Heights of professionalism, they are living in a world of their own.

Never had any problems and have been very loyal customers until today. Ordered 4 pizzas 3 of which were stone cold rock hard and had blue mold on the back of the dough. 2 of the people have already thrown it all back up and the other 2 feel incredibly sick. We rang up to tell them and got nothing but abuse got very mad with us on the phone telling us nothing was wrong with the food and calling us liars told us if we wanted our money back we would have to walk round to the restaurant to get it. Rang later saying we wanted the money bringing to us otherwise we were going the food hygiene inspectors practically begged us not to and said they would bring it to us. Rang back after about an hour to be laughed at and to have the call ended on us. Rang again and they told us it would be here sometime tonight. Absolutely not impressed and will never be ordering again!
