Outstanding service and top notch advice from a great team at RPS. Simon, Lewis and the team have taken a rather tired Saab 900 and, over the course of a year (and a number of workshop visits), turned it into a championship winning regularity rally car. The attention to detail from the team in the workshop is second to none and they are willing to both provide advice but yet also listen to the owners wishes (even if it goes against that advice) as well. As someone new to the sport I spoke to a number of potential partners before undertaking the work needed to the car. Right from the initial assessment of what was required, through to additional work post event, support from RPS has been superb - even out of hours and at weekends as needed. When I spoke to other businesses RPS were definitely at the expensive end of the financial comparison. However, as is so often the case in life you get what you pay for. I’ve now got a top notch car and I haven’t regretted the investment one bit. My intention is to continue to use RPS for many years to come as my navigator and I progress through different events and difficulty levels as the quality of the work and friendly support from the team is superb. If anyone wants to see the car, use it as a ‘reference’, and chat through the work done it will be out on most UK based HERO events. Alistair

‘I asked Rally Preparation Services to sell my very solid classic rally car. Simon and the team improved the car's presentation, marketed it carefully and were excellent ambassadors for the car once we had a genuine buyer. I have recently returned to RPS (post-covid 19) to have service and check-up done, the service i received from Peter and his team has been second to none, they warned me of possible clutch wear(as Peter was warned by his colleague whom collected the car from my home stated) and as i tow with the car i wanted it to be sorted out which they duly (and with much diligence) did with great results, i had not owned a Subaru before and presumed the clutch to be heavy as a trait, however i had noticed on a couple of occasion's it slipped when pulling away from a standstill, so in short, Team RPS sourced and fitted a full replacement and the new clutch is now feather-light and it feels like a new car, all the brakes and suspension rubbers have been done too (you never realize how many squeak's, clunks vibrations you accumulate until they are sorted) they then delivered it back to my home, and my beloved Suby is a joy to drive, many thanks to all for a very professional service, Phil Hookham
