We are passionate healers with an professional approach and are dedicated to helping our clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions utilising Reflexology, Massage or Reiki in the most efficient and transformative way possible. Reflexology is a non-intrusive ancient therapy, where the feet are zoned off into vertical zones with points on each foot representing a part of the body or an organ. Your reflexologist works using precise techniques on these points using thumb, knuckle or fingers. In doing so the therapy can encourage the body to relax. You may even fall asleep which is completely normal and safe. The treatment may have an energetic effect on the body to encourage wellbeing. Indian Head massage has been practised in India for thousands of years. Effective type of massage for stress, fatigue, insomnia blood circulation and more..... Your therapist uses different strokes and movements to stimulate pressure points along the meridians releasing blocked energy, its great for treating the scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, upper back and face. Hot stone massage is a form of alternative medicine massage therapy and bodywork involving the placement of a number of heated stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation and therapy. Some times cold stones may be introduced to enhance the treatment. Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing. You remain clothed and lay on a couch. Your therapist gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on the body. The relaxing nature of Reiki can be very helpful to people especially at a difficult time in their lives. Stress, anxiety, a real sense of isolation, both emotionally and spiritually. Reiki treatments can bring feelings of peace, centeredness and rebalance giving you the ability to cope better with the challenges of life. Went for a full body massage but with focus on neck and shoulders as that's where I carry tension and I do a lot of desk work. The location is really convenient; at the end of a nice quiet street with plenty of parking space. The treatment room is very well set up and relaxing. The massage was very professional and relaxing and Graham suggested that we could tailor future treatments to target problem areas such as trying to help range of motion if I find one shoulder has reduced range. Great treatment session and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
