Truth Seeker5 StarWe came here whenever possible, great food, great choice and friendly staff. Food is excellent quality and reasonably priced. Perfect for a lunch and even better with a loved one for an evening meal with a bottle of wine.

Terry Shirley5 StarThe ambience and welcome was nice. A good selection of dishes to choose from - I had the belly of pork with scallops, which was beautifully cooked and absolutely delicious.
The waiting staff were friendly, polite and welcoming and were attentive , but not overbearing..
Our young lady who served us was Emma who was delightful and a credit to the pub restaurant, and helped make my evening a very pleasant one.
I would absolutely recommend this pub to anyone who has not dined here before. I shall definitely be returning.Saturday 28th May 2022
Peter Weston4 StarLively Old Pub, full house for Sunday Dinner. We had a party of 12, great English Roast lunch with all the trimmings. Delicious Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding. Parsnips, Carrots, Roasted Potatoes and a delicious demi glace gravy. Followed with an apple and damson crumble with English custard. Yum!!

She let us know what food was unavailable, while also recommending dishes as well, she recommended the salmon which I had and was brilliant!
