Cindy & Tracey at the sales office have been nothing short of incredible! Throughout our house purchase they kept us updated every step of the way and by helping any way they could. They always went above and beyond for us and even after the move they have still checked in! I do feel they really went through the emotions with us and honestly could not have done it without them! Thank you so much to them both again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never met anyone quite as rude, unwelcoming and upproachable as the lady in the sales office today. We were passing through Banbury, not knowing there was a Redrow development there. As my family had not been able to see the home I have purchased from the Westly Green development, we saw it as an opportunity to quickly drop in. When we entered the sales office, we were not greeted with a 'hello' or 'how may I help you', just an abrupt 'do you have an appointment?' When we stated we did not, the response was 'well I have someone coming in so you can't go in the show room'. Explaining that we were passing by and would be very quick, we were told 'no, just no' and to come back later with an appointment. If she responded politely and said something along the line of 'unfortunately we have to clean in between visits because of Covid, so we are unable to allow people without appointments to visit the show homes'. Maybe then we would have been understanding. The ridiculous thing is, this is only part of how we were treated today! My favourite part is when we did turn up later for our appointment, the door was locked so we had to wait to be let in. When she did finally let us inheritance, she threw the door open and walked off huffing and puffing. Then once we finished walking around the show home we couldn't leave because the shutters were down! You honestly couldn't make this up. If we were a potential buyer for this development and were treated with such poor manners, I would have walked away and you would have lost a sale. Might I also suggest that you do not complain about people who have already bought houses on the development, whilst you have customers in your sales office.

Still under development but the feel of the site, and the look of the complete site plan, is very positive. Nice mix of property sizes and styles; good specifications for the kitchen/bathroom/ensuite; fibre broadband; short drive (or bus ride) to Banbury town centre, which is well appointed with everything required (shops, restaurants, health care) and has a train station with good services. My pre-booked site visit was fully Covid-19 secure and Cindy was very helpful, informative and professional. Also friendly but not over friendly, as some sales people can be. Definitely worth a look if the above location, development and amenities appeal.

We were keen on a house in this development and we were led to believe we in line to reserve one, they took us through financial checks and we were told they had to wait for the build schedule so we could reserve. We started making plans and then it turned out we were in a queue we weren't told about, which meant we were very unlikely to get the the house or one like it here. We had wasted our time and turned down other options in the meantime. Really disappointed with how we were messed around by their sales staff.
