Matt, Tracey, Ellie and Abbey are clearly a tight team. Whoever answered the phone seemed to know my house move inside out, sidestepping the annoyance of having to repeat 'the story so far'. Instead, what I got was a positive, polite and professional service, irrespective of the issues. I was really glad to have them in my corner as they took solicitors to task and got the sale and moving process over the line. The difference it makes to be able to rely on motivated and empathetic people is enormous. Moving house isn't an easy process but the staff at Reeds Rains did so much to help us get through it. I would recommend them above any other estate agent I've ever used - without hesitation.

My wife arranged to look at some investment properties local to the area. We was met at both properties by Paul Aram, his knowledge of the area with regards to local amenities and travel links into both Nottingham and Derby have helped us make the choice that it is the right area to invest. Paul is a great addition to your company and hopefully he'll be available to show us around some more properties int he future.
