I’ve been very patient with this garage but I’m afraid to say my experience has been poor. The below is an honest account of my experience. I bought a car from this garage and within a couple of weeks, I had trouble with the automatic gearbox. I live about 2 hours away but after ringing the garage agreed to attempt a fix. They updated some software, but within days the problem was back. I returned the car and they took the car for 5 weeks, attempting to repair the problem. The garage agreed to give me a courtesy car, for which I am grateful, but 5 weeks later they returned the car but the next day the problem was not resolved, and worse, after I drove the car home they hadn’t done up the bolts on one of my wheels and 3 of the 5 had fallen out and were missing when I arrived at my destination (see photo). I took it to a mechanic, he said the remaining bolts on that wheel were also loose. At this point, I requested to speak to a Director, Nasir, and requested that I either return the car for a refund or get the gearbox fixed at an independent garage, and to their credit they agreed I could take it to an independent, so long as they agree to the quote. I took the garage to the independent, got them to ring and email with the quote, and a week later they still haven’t responded to the mechanic despite saying repeatedly they’d call him back. This entire saga has lasted the best part of 4 months now, still without resolution. They’ve said they’ll call me back about 15 times, and I haven’t once had anybody call me back. I’ve been patient, I appreciate the situation is difficult, but ultimately I can’t recommend them on the basis of the service I’ve received. I’ll happily amend this review should the situation resolve itself. Update: 3 weeks later - very little has changed. Still no resolution, and haven’t had a response for 10 days.

Had a look at the reviews and they were great so decided to make my next car purchase with this company, car was sold and delivered to me very quickly! After I’d received the car I’d realised how many shortcuts they’d taken, I didn’t receive my log book so had to pay for my own. 3 weeks after purchasing my vehicle it was immobilised due to the aforementioned company not doing everything they needed to before making the sale, this cost me another £115. Tried getting in contact but had no reply, I would avoid this company like your life depended on it, because if they don’t do the appropriate checks and try to rush a sale, then chances are it could

Amazing experience and would highly recommended. I needed a new car however due to the Lockdown it was increasingly difficult to find a car and a dealer who could help. The guys at Refined Automotive were a pleasure from start to finish. They were amazing with the communication and relayed an extensively detailed walk around video of the car to me prior to me making my decision. I ended up with purchasing a Mercedes AMG. The car was delivered to me and was better than anticipated. I will definitely deal with them again and cannot recommend enough. Thanks again Refined Automotive!

Just bought a Volvo XC90 from Refined Automotive. I actually asked them to source it for me and gave them my criteria. They managed to find one for me with 2 weeks to the spec I gave and within my budget. Car is an excellent drive and the service I got from Refined was excellent. They'll definitely get my business again when I need to buy a small car for my daughter.

Great people to do business with!! Recently purchased a BMW touring from them the process was very smooth from start to finish and the car was in pristine condition which exceeded my expectations, they even gave me a full tank of fuel and delivered my other car back to me the following day. Will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.
