As an independent flooring company, we aren’t tied into contracts with manufacturers. We have the freedom to stock what we want – and we only choose the latest and best flooring products on the market. We had a carpet, sourced independently, which needed fitting in our lounge. Although a relatively simple room we have two heavy sofas which complicated the new carpet installation. The two workmen who arrived were Jack & Nathan. They were pleasant, courteous and extremely tidy. The result is excellent and they coped admirably with moving the sofas. We have plans to replace the stairs and landing carpet and will use Reform Flooring again. In all our dealings, Nick, Wendy & Robin managed phone calls well, returning calls promptly. An excellent service by an excellent company. Thank you! We found them through Norfolk Trusted Traders which we have found to be a reliable source of workmen. Well done to all involved. Very helpful. Managed to find the Amtico flooring we wanted. Booked a measuring appointment for two ahead. Let's hope the price is acceptable as we feel that doing business with Reform Flooring will be a pleasant experience.
