My last visit was 2 weeks ago. The barber spent more times chatting to. His mate then cutting my hair. Literally stopped 12 times and didn't wash my hair until prompted, no head massage and too keen to get me off. This is despite paying for the top package. Emailed and tweeted my complaint still no response. Shame as my first visit with different barber was very good
