The Retired Nurses National Home (RNNH) welcomes everyone, but retains a strong link to its heritage. Originally built for the benefit of the retired nursing community, we maintain our own archive of nursing history.

This stunning care home in Bournemouth is set amongst beautiful gardens, which most of the rooms overlook. Friends and family are always welcome to visit – and can share in the joy of a meal, sitting in the gardens or joining in with one of our activities.

We understand that everyone has different needs. That’s why we create a personalised care plan for each resident to ensure that those needs are met.

Horrendous place to work. Staff are very reliable and from what I have seen over 2 yrs generally really care about the residents. Unfortunately the manager and his partner seem to take great joy in bullying and intimidating them. This has resulted in many staff formal complaints and for me I refuse to be treated in this manner. Bout time someone opened their eyes to this disgusting behaviour

It's like going to a hotel. Nice and clean .very friendly staff. Good entertainment. Washing done everyday. Trips out for the day .hairdresser there Thursday and Friday. There's a fete on the 22nd of July. All sorts off stools everyone welcome .

MY mother is in this home. They are extremely caring, every staff member, the food is lovely and above all staff are very respectful patient and warm. Strongly recommend it.

Nobody empty the water of the dishwasher, so the plates are washed in dirty water all the time, maybe nobody has been trained to do it. Seniors Ruth and Mara very lazy, plus Mara stub in the back of some carers. The carers are very nice
